Is she from oversea or local hire, if oversea, she only work 1 year, you no need to pay the air ticket. You only need to buy her air ticket at the end of 2 year contract. If local hire, you may need to pay her the air ticket from her country to HK. That means you need to pay the return ticket from Philipine to Hk. So, make sure with your agency first.
