i know he benefits of breast milk. even my supply is low (<400ml per day), i keep expressing 4 times a day. the worst is i have to wake up at 2am for expressing so as to prevent milk duct blockage... and the last feed is 10pm and first feed is 6am. bb wakes up several times during the night
i asked myself to keep expressing at least a week after 6-mth vaccine, so bb can have better protection against side-effects. that's what i believe.
but i am the primary carer and haven't slept throughout the night for nearly 6 months. really tired.
i will give up breast milk until her 6-mth b-day next week. anyway... 好唔捨得
