don't trust your agency anymore good good good, because you know where she is
1/ report to police about the maid run-away or seriously, report to police that the agent kidnap your maid
2/ send a registered letter to the maid at once to both the address stated on the contract & the agent address at once; tell her to report duty by xxx (i suggest at once because she had left home for some dates already) or else it is herself break the contract & you will file a claim at the labour dept
3/ file a claim at labour dept for the one-month in-leiu salary from the maid
remember the suggestions from other BK members, &
1/ do not talk with the agency or any person whom claim to be on behalf of the maid
2/ do not talk with the maid without your witness
3/ mind the recording by the agency & or other person on your conversation that would be a trap to you
adhere to HK law, no private deal or else you will lose lose lose
