請問有無人兄知道香港仔中心同埋附近的車比例如何呢? 如果O係O個邊買車位投資有無價值呢?

車位資訊比較少, 如果有心投資, 我建議親身去索料. e.g. 不同時間到訪車場, 和保安員/洗車工人交談, 留意屋苑的Notice board, 至電放售/放租的業主問價.....等等.

Sorry I don't know the location. But I agree his advice that you should go there in person and walking there by youself, it will be more clear for you...Told you my experience that I bought a car park in Shatin before and the ratio is 10 flats: 8 car parks...the rent does not rise neither fall.
