since 2003's SARS attack in hong kong....i starts to worry about hygiene everyday....can anybody help me?
after 2003's SARS attack in hong kong.....everytime i go to clinic or hospital....or my family members back from hoprital or clinic.....i will clean all the things with diluted bleach 1:99 ...like their belongings...clothes, shoes, wallet, even money or any paper from clinic......cuz i'm afraid the bacteria will be brought from those place and affected my children
deep inside my mind i know i'm over stressed on this matter....but i can't relaxed.....i tried to force myself not to do such cleaning job.....but not success.....can anybody help me to solve my problem......
what will you clean if you just go back from seeing doctor (clinic or hospital)....or you just treat all the thing like back from go out like shopping?
