I had the same experience like you. I can't use internet more than ten days. I almost talked to them two to three times every day. During this period, I requested to contract the senior manager several time and they said that they didn't know who is the senior manager will be in charge of your case and promise to refund call. But they didn't. They made the appointment with you but they didn't show up. I called the customer service for complaining when I followed up I can't find any record in there. So terrible! Finally, I complained to Telecom Authority, they helped me to follow up the case. Later on, they really sent the senior technician to repair it. According to him, Hutchsion didn't have enough the manpower to solve this problem. After the case finished, they just waive a month charge. For me, we are no choice because we just signed the contract for 2 years.

真係用佢又唔係, 唔用佢又唔係, 用佢, 因為佢係上網最快既其中一間, 但係如果壞左, 就真係有排都唔駛旨意有人整。明明應承左會黎, 結果係冇一次準時黎, 一係就miss order, 一係就話d 人趕唔切黎, 等都等到把鬼火。

由於好多都係唔夠線用, 我條線都試過用用下比人"蚊"左, 攪到我上唔到網。唔夠線就咪不停招收客戶啦, 成日比人"蚊"左條線, 真係好鬼煩。
