不知可否支持下去?

開始返工已2星期, every day 都會 pump 奶, 但因時間所限,返工果陣, 我只可pump到20mins, 好多時都未pump 清, 有時返工後我又未必見到我bb, 冇得埋身餵,而家奶量好像下降了很多, 這幾日我的存貨已用的差不多, 可能要加奶粉了, 點好呢? 我開始有d信心動搖, 我d同事成日話我那麼辛苦為咩, 我都唔知可唔可以支持下去, 我確實很倦了, 倦到有點承受唔到, 點算? 我感到好大壓力 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

加油, 不要放棄, 時間好快過, 一停咗番唔到轉頭, 我好快都過咗3個月啦!!

希望你可以繼續堅持落下, 做媽咪辛苦d都係為左我地0既bb羅!

時間好快過,我餵下泵下都過左5個月,餵人奶一停止就好難返轉頭. 真係唔能夠全人奶,咁補d奶粉.

平日若果唔能夠埋身餵就泵多d,到weekend一有機會就多d埋食餵,仲可以邊餵邊泵. 我通常weekend就可以補充番平日不足0的存貨.

我建議妳最好次次在家都邊餵邊泵, 和晚晚半夜起身泵奶。 妳的回報是BB一生的健康! 不要放棄, 放棄咗妳會後悔! 支持妳!

因我返shift嘅, 有時要好早起身, 若我要晚上起身泵奶, 實在比較難呢! 真苦惱

Me too. I need to get up very early and sometimes I have to stay at work for > 24 hrs. So pumping becomes a big problem. The only way to do so is to sleep less during the night and try to make use of other times to take a nap when I am not working. It is really difficult but I find that a strong will is a great support to help me through all those sleepy nights. I am now pumping in the middle of the night and also before/ after work. Normally I get 3-5 hrs of sleep every night.

Yes, it's so difficult.
It's as if I'm taking every minute I have to pump milk for BB. No time to rest, no time to do other stuff which I used to do...

But, the most important thing is, BB is so healthy and strong!

So, when I see my BB smile, no matter how hard it is, there's a will to carry on!

Mandy, I'm sure it'll be the same for you as well.
Add oil!

it is so difficult and excremely tired, but mama milk is the best for BB health. We all support you!!
Today is Hayes 1st birthday. I has breastfed for 1 year..... it is so wonderful to give mama milk for baby. Add oil!!
