You need to give her maternity benefit same as ours! She is under the protection of employment ordinance. I was heard from my friend which had this bad experience.

Perhaps, you talk to your Bun Bun direct before she takes her holidays that she cannot have baby after holidays. Otherwise, you will fire her without any choice

You can not asked her to sign this kind of letter, even she sign it for you, the letter is void. you may try to asked her to 打避孕針 before she go for holiday.

我同事個賓放完假返黎有左, 不過好彩佢肯自己 resign.

我曾經聽人講過佢有左你炒佢, 就算你之前叫佢簽既信都無效的, 你最好問清楚, 無效不是大問題, 最驚係觸犯發例.

其實最好當然肯去打針, 就算佢話有食藥你都唔好信, 因為計埋呢個同事的賓賓, 仲有一個朋友的賓都係放假有左, 同時佢地都話有食藥的, 但到底是藥的問題還是有人講大話, 真係佢自己先知.

Yes, you can do nothing legally. However, if you are extremely afraid of her pregnancy, the only choice is that you fire her before her holidays.

我上一個工人都有打針 ( 我的醫生到打 ), 但可惜都懷孕 ... 原因醫生話單打一個月針, 避孕機會都差 d , 打足 3 個月會安全 d !

好彩我工人自動遲識, 我同老公都俾 10 weeks 假期佢, 因為佢真係好幫得我手 ( 做左 3 年 ), 佢話等 bb 2 歲, maybe 會再返 hk 做野 ! 我都希望有機會再用佢
