tst 港景峰好住 嗎?? management fee expensive or not ? how is the air quality ? how much the rent generally ?

The management fee is about $1.3 per sq feet. For 2 bedrooms, all the windows face west or north. The rent is above $15000. For 3 bedrooms, all the windows face east or south. The rent is above $25000.It is quite convenient to go to the Habour City.

我覺得很好住，如果是３房的好多都睇到煙花，交通又非常方便，唯一缺點是實用率差少少，管理費1.3呎，算平!
