I'll try to avoid them to know/contact each other. They have a habbit to make friend with the new helper of previous employer. I hate gossip and don't think she will pass any good message to the new one.
Yes before, No now! Very bad experience that the new would not listen to the old but learn how to become lazy because get to know your habits from the old. Waste of money and time.

Yes, better not, remember to change ur home tel no & don't give them to use same mobile no too. My 1st helper was very good, but she called back my home and teach new one resign, the reason is if she didn't like the new job, she still can work for me again. Also we can compare her to new one, ppl will think she is better.
Why I can find out this, because the new maid resign and she told me everything.
