Your baby is still too young and at this stage of baby, they love to sleep rather than eat.
Have you talked to him or sing a song to him when you are bf-ing him? Don't let him sleep when eating so that he knows this is the time to eat, not to sleep. You have to wake him up during eating.
Are you feeding him directly? Normally, the vol. of milk by pumping is always less than direct feeding. If you want to be a full bf mama, then I suggest you don't give formular to your b now. The more you give, the less production of milk will be produced. As this stage, you have to feed on demand. It means when your b needs to eat, then you need to feed him directly.
