I pump milk 4 times per day. 7am,1pm,7pm and 12mid night. I ask maid to use bottle to feed BB 7 times per day, every time 4.5oz, the eighth meal use the powder to feed him. totally drink 8 times per day.

You got so much!! Actually, I feel pump in office is quite trouble, sometime i will skip in office. Only pump at home. It seems getting less and less.

i only pump from the very beginning. direct feeding only i use electric pump(medela), this is good. when i still in the holiday, pump regularly, i got over 40oz, but now go to work already, only 24oz, and geting less and less. due to i always cannot pump in the office.
Yes the medala pump (the one used in hospital) is good. I use it in the morning and the late evening. And I use the Avent manual pump in the office. I've been back to work for almost 3 weeks and the volumn of milk pumped is quite stable.
Drink more soup and relax and your milk won't become less.
