有無人住灝景灣，或者識得住灝景灣既人，ＯＫ嗎？是否外牆有問題？

其實價錢差唔多，點解唔買盈翠??? 因為灝景都離地鐵一段距離，有d住客零願去葵芳搭小巴.....盈翠就唔同....方便到爆.....

灝景灣外牆係有問題-(外牆牆磚), 早排報紙都有登, 有住客仲告上法庭, 盈翠質素同樣有問題 (可到圖書館找尋old newspaper - 入伙時).

哦，原來灝景灣同盈翠都有同樣問題

其實我想搬去青依，對灝景灣有好感，但睇到報紙既報導，有Ｄ卻步，有無人有其他意見？

I feel the location is inconvenient because you need to take the mini-bus to access the nearest MTR station. My friend told me that the last mini bus is at 11:XXpm only. Only one 7-11 in the estate without supermarket and the 7-11 is really available from 7am to 11pm....

Sorry, are you talking about 灝景灣 (Villa Esplanada)? There is no mini-bus from Villa Esplanada to any MTR stations since it takes only a 5-min walk (有蓋行人路) to 青衣城/MTR station. Also, there's a small shopping mall inside Villa Esplanada. CRC supermarket, Chinese restaurant and "Tea restaurant", etc. are all available.

我諗你記錯左第二樹. I'm living in 灝景灣. 完全唔係你講果回事喎. 由灝景灣行去MTR不須五分鐘, 無mini-bus, 無7-11, 有supermarket. ?-(
