My maid will cook the congee in the morning. Half will be fed to my bb at noon, another half will put in the 保暖壺內 (好古老個的), then will feed my bb at night. But we found that the congee is not hot at night, we will boil it again. Is it correct? 會不會令congee 有好多風?

I call my maid to cook twice a day. Morning (11:00) cook once and afternoon (5:00) cook again. My mother always says it is not healthy if the congee keep so long after cooking.
