i think it's not a problem, my maid is 48 now, she worked in singapore 17yrs, and hk for 6yrs.
she is good to my girl, cos she has kids also............., but at the beginning, we interviewed many, none of them are suitable for me, then we prayed and waited for a long long time!! until this old lady coming :mrgreen:
during her stay in singapore, she learnt mandarin and fluent eng. she can teach my girl!!
