Find some phone no. from the list, give it a call and ask for hearing test price, hearing aid price range etc.
If you and your family member can afford the time, go to ast least two shops before you make the final decision. Hearing aid can be expensive and not all elderly likes the sound, apart from cosmetic reason.
.......... 約兩三千 can only fit very very basic hearing aid nowadays. If your father does not like hearing aid, he can consider some alternative. e.g. what's called pocket talker:
