有冇MaMi比冬蟲夏草2.5 Years Old BB 食 ?

My son always suffer by runny nose and stuffy nose. Therefore I want to give him to eat 冬蟲夏草 to health his body.

How to feed him, boil soup ? 幾耐比一次 ? Many thx !

我個仔通常朝早空肚食 (膠囊) 果 d, 就咁'到' 入佢個口, 跟手比d 水佢飲, 一日一次....佢太概由2yrs 幾食到而家.....(now 4yrs幾)...

我個女5歲至有比佢食, 怕中藥過補.

我通常將d蟲浸水清潔後剪開一粒粒, 等個女唔覺係條蟲. 然後跟米一齊放落基乎係佢專用嘅電飯煲內煑飯, 有時臨飯熟再打隻蛋, 溝埋裝飯比佢食. d味同口感似青豆角粒粒. :lol:

但有冇功效, 我其實唔知架!

I gave the 冬蟲夏草 capsule to my daughter when she's 2 years and 10 months. I mix the powder with the milk or soup for her consecutively for 4 months and seems that she's doing better (obviously gaining weight).

++EE,

我個仔食"淮安"有機冬蟲夏草, lee隻brand 之前消費者委員會做過test, 話佢地係含量幾高, 係其中之一隻推薦既, 無華潤堂有得買, 好以買4仲送1, 我好少散買. 佢地隻靈芝都係吾錯(因為我媽食左好多年), 我先留意到佢咋 !

我個仔細時, 我都係揾少少奶開比佢食, 但吾會到落支奶, 因怕佢食吾晒支奶....又係吸收吾到, 而我仔仲有氣管敏感, 食下對d 抵抗力都好d 既..... :wink:
