欣圖軒 should be the sandwich housing if i am not wrong?? Year of this bldg should be around 5-6 yrs only. And it will be more close to Oi Man estate instead of Homantin Plaza. I lived that district for around 20 years and i like it so much. Transportation is ok although it dont have MTR.
欣圖軒 is near to Oi Man Estate and Chun Man Court. The environment is very quiet. The transporation is ok, but no MTR station in here. My mom is living this district for around 30 years. If you want to go outside for eating, you can go to Oi Man Estate or Homantin Plaza. Both have restaurants, markets, bookshops, supermarkets, cake shops and etc. It's very convenience.
In before, the house price is not expensive, but now is very expensive in this district.
