The estate is surrounded by highway, roads, MTR line and the basement is quite low (compared to Park Avenue and Central Park nearby) because no shopping mall downstairs . It should be quite noisy for mid to lower levels. Some blocks have seaview to the west which are quite hot especially in summer.
As in other estates close to the sea, future residents must get used to the occasional pipe sounds of the ships/boats at sea which may be very disturbing at times.
