Up to 4 hours (from the time you take the milk out from the fridge) because breastmilk contains its own white cells to kill bacteria.

Always fight against the bottle. But the situation seems to get better recently after he's got more used to it.
My BB went thru' that stage when he was 3-4 months old too.

Hungry...But refused to eat
Cried when feeding...But still hungry
Didn't want to force him...But knew he was hungry...
Finally, when he was sleepy, he would forget about looking round the room and start feeding. But he'd be tired soon and would truly fall asleep.
Now, he feeds when he's awake, but not until the last moment of hunger!
As long as he takes in enough milk, I think it should be okay.
