why not call Meadjohnson customer service to seek help?
told them your story and see if they can arrange exchange from you.
even the opened one cannot ex-change, i think you will not let your children to finish it as well as the unopen one. so, ask them to test your opened one and request for the exchange for the unopen one ASAP
