For me, I don't buy the service of "陪月EE". I know some are really specialists but majority of those are "trained" by the government. They are not skillful, just classroom theory (not sure how much of the theory they understand and put into practice). Some of them just take this as a job for $$, better and easier than working as part time EE.
Experienced 陪月EE is very difficult to hire. They are almost fully booked for the coming 12 months. They are expensive - $15k+ a month for an eight hour shift including market shopping.

Yes, you're totally right. Those less experienced are not worth hired. They just wish to make money and has no "heart" to take care of you and your baby.
That's why I refuse to write a reference letter for her.
You need not to upsad. Normally most of EE ar same, no heart. For me my BB become early, original EE need to find another EE to replace her. My maid also need me take care not only my baby. ?-(
