I just fired a maid whom i employed from Wellcome. I think the agency has provide training to the maids. Unfortunately mine's personality is extremely bad - not taking care of my baby when I was not at home. My baby ended up scared of everybody. After the maid left. he was getting better.
I found out that the passport photo of my selected maid had big difference to the photo I saw at the agency. She was liked a Miss Philippines rather than wanting to be a maid. She only cut her long hair before coming to Hong Kong and argued a lot.
