Sorry for you. Suggest u take SK1’s advise but fry her immediately even without replacement. How can u let such dirty woman to take care your little girl and Tina? Also, if case she is pregnant and she is stupid and ignorant enough that she doesn’t fully understand her right under the HK Labour Law, this action (if successful) can save you a lot of money and a big hassle. Also, unless you are very familiar with the agent, I do not suggest you process through the same agent cos there are so many cases that the agent betrayed the ERs and told the maid about your intention and she will have plans to play with her if she really got pregnant. Also, if you choose 即日帶佢走及即日搵人送佢上飛機, you must be very careful and make sure you do not let her to communicate to anyone before on board or otherwise she will change her mind in the immigration. However, you have to know that, under HK Labour Law, you cannot terminate her if she is pregnant even though you serve the termination notice before she notify you about her pregnancy.
Good luck to u and the perfect scenario is it is just a false alarm but expose to you about her cheap character so that you can change her before Tina’s delivery.
