I am living in 維港灣 3x/F but I am still affected by the traffic noises of container trucks, minibuses, buses that pass by, and occasionally pipe sounds of boats/ships from the sea too.
I believe 君匯港 won't be any better (may be even worser) in terms of traffic noise disturbances, unless you live at extremely high level or close the windows most of the time.
I've visited the show flat last Sunday. My comments are:
1. There is a vacant site next to 嘉道理primary school. Any high rise development? The agent can't answer me.
2. 我估 the high level flats facing 大角咀 may view the 殯儀館 just like 港灣豪庭. The agent seems no idea about it.
3. There will be construction of KCRC 南環线 along Lin Cheong Rd and Sham Mong Rd. The works will last until August 2009.
4. 校網 is 32.
This is one of the drawbacks to buy 樓花. You are not able to check the exact view until (a) 有現樓睇 or (b)入伙; even though you paid as high as $5million. This is Hong Kong! :cry:
