URGENT : my helper 2 years contract almost complete
Hi mama pls comment
my indon. helper around 2 years, we don't continue to 2nd contract,so she have already find a new employer & will be start next month, as I know her new employer will take her to china a few days, so she don't need & also she decide has not go to indon.,so we agreed no need to buy the air ticket to her to return, now she need to write a letter to her to sign:
question is how to write the content:
(1)we agree that she forfiet the air ticket & she have not the respon to chase me the air ticket in future (Can I ?)
or
(2) we paid the cash to her to instead of the air ticket & let her sign (actually I don't need to pay the cash la if she agree) (Can I ?)
