is ur helper first time to work overseas? if so, then she is already at training centre, she can go anytime just need a flight ticket, sometimes the agent in Indonesia want to buy cheapest ticket so they will wait. So you need to push your HK agent and asked them for help. Must be nice to them and hope they can help you. If they said the ticket price is big different, then you can ask and see how much you pay the extra for them to get the ticket.
if the helper already worked overseas like Singapore or HK, they may not go to training centre, they can wait for visa at home, if this is the case, the helper also want to stay longer at home. so it may cause few weeks.
Last time my case, i got visa on Jan 03 (maid wait at home, she did not go to training centre), then yau yau arrive HK on Jan 06. so it depends on whether agent want to help or not.
please try to talk to HK agent and ask them to call back Indonesia agent and discuss.
