Re: My daughter is 6 months old!
Hi Gab,
Congratulation to achieve the mid-term goal.
Six-month-old girl is stepping into the next phase of breastfeeding, a wonderful and unforgettable response from baby. I remembered that baby Hayes smiled and stared at me during enjoying mama milk. Besides, he always touched on my breast and face. I really experienced our so close bonding and intimacy.
Dear Gab, I also struggled much about the sleeping habit and nursing time of baby Hayes. He sometimes would need me much over the night and enjoyed me to breastfeed him before sleep. Surely, he still was unable to fall asleep by his own. Don't forget, our baby is different from formula and plastic nipple baby.
Gradually, I told myself, it is part of his life with me. He felt so secure and warm to fell asleep with me, not teddy bear, not cover sheet, not towel, not plastic nipple.......but me.......so a significant figure....mama!!!!
Don't bonder too much, just trust our baby. I trust Jesus would let him learn and can one day.
May God bless you lovely girl on this special day!
Hayes mama
Hayes had been breastfeeding for almost 3 years, then naturally weaned by himself!
Wish Hayes with Love, Peace & Joy!!
