How old is your bb?
I raised out the same question here last time when my bb is about 7mos? 9 mos old ?(she is 18mos now). She also very very scare of strangers.
Other bk sisters ask me to bring her out of my home (park, mall,etc...) & it worked!
Not only go out & walk with her.....u need to tried to sit down & talk with some strangers (e.g.: other mami who also have bb)....so she will used to it & started not to be so scared of strangers.

Did your bb always don't want to walk (same like mine)?
My girl don't scare of strangers as I bring her out all the time but I feel very very tired as she always want me to hug her & don't want to walk herself!
唔跟人is not a big problem....at least she won't follow the stranger & go away next day! :mrgreen:
Your bb is so good.....he walk himself Since my girl knew how to walk ....she don't want ....except she saw toys or "Jumpin Gin" is in front!
She is only 21LB but my arm were very painful when everytime finished went out with her!
Wish u can find a way to train-up your bb not scare of strangers anymore soon!
