在公司泵奶後dee奶點樣存放,怕唔怕變壞呀

我諗住會餵母乳,但返工之後唔知有無時間泵奶,如果在公司泵完奶,放在櫃桶或袋內,返到屋企會唔會變壞

You can't keep expressed breast milk at room temperature. Must keep it at a fridge < 4 degrees C. If your office doesn't have it, you can think about buying a small one for yourself.

You must try to find some time to express milk at the office to keep the flow of your milk and to store up enough milk for your BB.

回家時,如車程短,如我只需7mins,就可用冰粒雪住入保鮮袋,就咁帶番屋企.如車程長,應將母乳放入冰袋或小型手提雪櫃.

我係用cooler bag 及用freezer brick 係公司keep 住d 奶及帶返home.

我用奶袋裝住放公司冰箱, 走果陣同埋cooler brick (藍色果D)裝埋入冰袋(其實係奶樽保溫袋)走人, 我返屋企要1個鐘.

Hi,

I store mama milk in office refrigerator, then bring back home with Icepack and Cooler bag.
*You can not store mama milk at room temperature for long hours, it is not safe for baby. You may consider to buy frige-to-go, if you have no refrigerator at office.

其實我都煩惱呢個問題,我打算餵人奶,但我返工放工每程車要1個鐘時間,每朝8點到夜晚8點先返到屋企。如果我打算長餵人奶,需要買定d咩呢?
因為公司冇雪櫃同微波爐,而且亦冇一間房可以比我泵奶,所以如果我要泵既,應該要去廁所,但係怕唔怕廁所污濁,d奶會唔要得?如果要係公司泵2次奶,個奶泵可以點消毒?另外用冰袋保存d 奶可以keep到幾耐?
唔好意思問咁多問題,因為我真係好想餵人奶比bb,但係老公覺得餵人奶好易,唔明我點解要煩咁多野。

I store my mama milk in frige-to-go and also put the frige-to-go into office refrigerator too.

My bb is already 5 months old, when i resumed to work, i have used the following methods. I used to pump milk twice a day for the first two months, but now i pump once a day (coz fridge at home is fully occupied by iced milk bags, no more space to keep stock), i pump milk in a disable toilet (more clean & no one use it), way to home is about 45 mins:

Method 1:
i applied an visa card from ICBC & got a free mini fridge (you can buy one from 日本城 approx$399), keep those pump milk into the fridge & use Avent bag(for 保暖/凍) when i back to home, bb can eat those pump milk in the next day.

Method 2:
use milk storage bag, store those milk bags into company's fridge (freezer part), use Avent bag to take those iced milk bags to home when no stock at home.
