You better try to take the natural treatment at the first stage of suspected flu!
1. To eat KIWI fruit/orange/vitamin C tablet three times a day.
2. To brew peppermint tea.
3. To prepare a cup of hot fresh lemon coca cola.
4. To drink apple vinegar/ 2 vinegar tablets twice a day.
5. To minimise oily, flied, junk and fast foods.
6. To take hot bath and sleep(open more windows for fresh air intake).
Above mentioned advices are my usual natural treatment methods for minor illness. I thus can maintain pumping and breastfeeding. Baby Hayes has no suffer.
