1. please try to use cotton and warm water to clean the pat pat
2. let the pat pat "breathe" for awhile before wearing the diaper
3. apply vaselin or 6-1-powder (which can be bought from chinese drug store, HK$5 is enough for over a month usage) on patpat so as to avoid the pat pat in touch with the urine or poopoo which will make the pat pat hurt more
4. change diaper more frequently
