Why not? Tell her in a tactful way that u won't hv other leave to give her holiday. You can also ask some of yr family members to stay in yr house and keep an eye on her.

By law, no. She must stay at your apartment and work for you only. Don't take the risk. You can ask her to take leave and stay in your apartment. Tell her that you will call or your family member will call or come to check her. Warn her never never bring friends in, otherwise will get fired.
