hello i have used roboclean for about half a year now! i don't know about rainbow - but their after-sales service is really good. everytime i call them, they arrive on time to teach my 鐘點 how to use it
Don't buy aura roboclean! This is made in Turkey, actually it's very noisy vacuum cleaner. I used it less than year, the motor was burnt. I called the sales, she has never replied my calls. Even I tried to use the shampoo set, it doesn't work though. The vacuum cleaner still at my house, if you would like to have it or take a look, you are welcome.
