我今日先知原來豆豉係用黑豆整ge......我仲日日飲2大杯黑豆漿，坐月日日食黑豆飯........

咁黑豆係咪回奶ge.......?????如果係，咁我咪不斷食回奶姇物又不斷食催奶食品.......

有無人知道呀...... :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Oh my goodness!!!

During the month of my 坐月, my 99 boiled 黑豆water for me to drink EVERY DAY!

She said this was good for me...

In fact, she was very against me breastfeeding since I was pregnant up till today!!!

WAS THIS SOME PLAN OF HERS???

(Fortunately, BB still enjoys full mama's milk up to now and weight gain is good!!!! Soli, 99...)

Lulube was born weighing 3.2 kg

據我理解,普通豆豉唔係收奶架!!收奶o既係淡豆豉(係藥材舖買的)!!!!有d媽咪仲話飲黑豆漿可以增加奶量tim

Hi gadaleo,

Dark bean is good for milk production.
It is totally different from "Tam Dau Si". So don't worry!!
I always drink home-made soya bean+dark bean+peanut+sesame milk.

Hayes mama: May I know how to make home-made soya bean+dark bean+peanut+sesame milk.

As you know, I need to increase my milk prodution to let 豆豆becoem full-bf baby.
