I have account in Baby-kindom and can click to access 教育王國 , but has very limited right (e.g. 發表帖子) . I try to sign up an completely new account there but it fail due to mobile phone log-in (my only mobile phone no being registered in Baby-Kindom); can you advise how to do so cos I want to ask some questions which fall in the sub-section of 教育王國
