No protection for direct hire. We both agree to pay half of the agency fee before sign contract. Later on she tell me we are under direct hire and she no need to bear any cost. She said she has to go back because not like HK style. As conclude, we lost the time and agency fee and she is the winner for taking time to visit HK.
