After signing contract with you, the maid doesn't have to stay at the agent. As long as the maid paid some deposit, she can go anywhere she want to go. Even the maid is in bad condition, the agent will send the maid to HK as she owns the agent $3000 x 7=$21000
Never trust the medical report from their home country. I took my maid to my family doctor to do the checkup again. Wait for the report before you bring her home. Once she arrive your home, the contract is effective. You cannot send her back because of bad health condition.
If you find anything wrong with medical report, don't bring her home, reject her right away and ask the agent to get you replacement.
I paid extra fee while she's waiting for the medical report (staying at agent's place). Don't take the risk.
