Christmas party at 27 Dec 2005

I would like to organize a Christmas party held at
27 Dec 2005 mainly for kids around K1-K3

Venue: Liberte club house at Laichikok
Date: 27 Dec 2005
Time: 3:00-5:00 pm

Progamme:
-buffet and tea time
-talent show for kids, they can singing/dancing/etc.
-BINGO time for family
-lucky draw for family
-exchange Christmas present for kids
-PINATA time
(kids will bit the PINATA by turns and then there will be candy come out, very interesting games for kids)
-Group games

Every kids will have a Christmas present with toys/snacks,stationery etc.

Before or after the party, the kids can go to the ball ball pool at club house.

if we have enought persons to join, we can invite a magician to have a magic show and ballon wriggle.

Fee: HK$150.00 per adult and free of charges for kids
around: 50 persons

In addition, as for this party is non-profit making party, all the fee is used to prepare the food/present/material and/or hire a magician.

If there are 2 adults with 1 kids at kindergarten, total fee is HK$250.00.

Our budget for the past experience:

hire the ballroom/food etc: HK$3500.00 (for 50 adults, around 25 families)

Presents/materials: HK$1500.00

Magician: HK$1000.00-1500.00

Pls prepare the Christmas gift for exchange don't less than HK$50.00
