by the way, how many years 金章牌洗衣機 could last? I have one too and first problem occurs now after around 7-8 years. Just wonder should I spend money to fix it (300 service fee per visit + parts) or should I buy a new one. ?-(

Just repaired. $300 service fee + $300 part (an electronic control gate for the water). Hope the machine will work some more years too. touch wood
Interestingly the part was made by Electrolux and the engineer claims that 金章 & Electrolux are sister factories. So, maybe we could buy product of same good quality at lower price next time.
