never heard about send gift to the boss since u r the one actually leaving. if you treat your boss as a friend then, u could just go back and ask yr boss out for a drink or lunch in the future... i personally won't do buy gift lor.. in return, if he/she values you, should send you something instead.
but if you really want to.. office accessories (letter opener, signature pen etc) or 小擺設 lor
