Not the case, my previous maid worked in Singapore for 3 years. She communicated with the employer in Malays.
She was well trained as most of the Sing Employer are very strict in hygiene.
I don't think any big different ! My ex maid also from Singapore but just work 1 week then fired la ! Coz don't know how to do everything, can't speak English and can't communication lor.
