No, no, no. F8 won't be display as it's a function that comes with Windows. The reason that F2 and F12 were display was because of BIOS.
That's odd, PC in safe mode still returns blue screen death. Well, if that's the case, ur master boot record is corrupted and the only way to fix it is to reinstall everything.
Or it's not.
Assume u could locate ur recovery disk, insert it and select options "repairing your system".
If it ain't work out. Here's the last resort.
Reinstall the windows without formatting the hard drive. Your previous Windows will be renamed as Windows.old. Once installation completed, see if you could recovery ur data from \Documents\ or \Windows.old\ or other possible paths.
