We are interested Kornhill Garden - Upper part, and I would like to enquire about the living envoronment, and the actual usage for the 900sq ft about. Is it really too far from MTR? Any recommendation? Which is better for living, mid Kornhill or upper Kornhill?
I went to the agent today and they brought me to Block A 902'. The living room is quite nice but we don't like the floor plan for the bedrooms and the tiolet. The tiolet is too small, can't have enough space to put in a bathtub. Can't imagine this is from a large unit. The agent said a lot of people will make the tiolet bigger by using the space from the bedroom next to it. We had also seen the 850' from block K and 858' from block H. Overall, we prefer the unit in Upper Kornhill as it's lesser people and the view is much nicer when comparing Mid-Kornhill. However, we don't really like the floor plan once we go inside the bedroom area.
