may be u tried to talk to your maid about her attitude law... if she wanted to continue to work for u, she should listen to your advice...
i prefer not to change a new maid as u never know the new one is good or bad.. if the current one is okay, you're lucky already...
actually if your maid did not spoil your son is good... at least she tried to ask your son to be disciplined... of course she can't hit him or order your son to follow her.. when u are around, u should be the one to teach your son, not your maid...
