I know BUPA but the scheme need to have a parent accopmanying a child, I don't need that since both my husband and myself are offered medical insurance by our companies. Any other recommendation???

I think the outpatient part is just simply not worth - for a normal child, the yearly medical expense should probably less then 3,000. You may just save up the money for insurance and pay direct to the doctor you choose.
The insurance company restrict your choice of doctor because they want to put a cap to your medical expense. If you can find one insurance which give you free choice of doctor, it WILL be very expensive, and you will be paying for other participants because there will be someone seeing doctor much frequent than your child.
