做法:
1. 一個橙開小小頂, 界十字
Cut the orange and sliced a 十 with a knife as shown.
2. 加半茶匙鹽
Add 1/2 teaspoonful of salt to the orange.
3. 放入碗內隔水蒸20分鐘
Put the orange into a bowl and steam it with water in the wok or container for 20 minutes.
食法:
食哂橙肉,最重要就係飲哂碗底的水 (難飲 -因又咸又苦)
Most important you have to take the water in the bowl as well. Rather hard though because it will be salty & bitter. I suggest to mix the content of the orange with the water in the bowl in taking.
