建議：先做一張promotion poster (soft copy) to be sent out by email.
找一些商會的members directory e.g. 總商會，把poster email 給contact person or general email address. 我地公司成日收到呢d email ，有用的會pass 給有關同事。最好segment 左你的target customer,不同類別的highlight 他們concern 的selling point, poster 的style 亦要fit in 佢地style, sell 大corporate 客形象要professional d, sell sme 可能emphasize 價錢合理，亦可sell 俾individual customers, 可以係fb 開個page 吸引individual customers. 你個場係邊區呢？如商業區，target customers 會是比較大及professional 的corporate. 我地公司間中要搞場開seminar的。如於工廠or住宅區，target sme or individuals 啱d, 因形象唔match 大corporate.我識人開班間中要找場搞talk,唔知你個場啱唔啱佢呢！你可以pm d info 等我問佢。另外，cafe 包offer wine coursre嗎？如是，會多一門生意，可以包裝成life style 的interest class , 而家好興，好多公司，甚至大學，association 等等都有興趣搞比員工or 客or members 作聯宜，可向呢個方向想下。
