凡都唔知點解,新買咗佢, 但就次次都失敗!
搞到家中「老板們」早餐無啖好食
1. PROG 1 :整Plain bread. 跟台灣書象印機receipe,發唔起,但面硬脆,裏面都軟,可入口
2.PROG1: 整wholemeal bread ( half white flour half wholemeal flour).跟機原裝receipe 減1/3份量, 又係 發唔起!乾硬,只得我自己吃
3.PROG 1: 今早, 整MIX BREAD ( 1/3 wholemeal FLOUR ;2/3 plain flour)跟台灣書象印機receipe,並加雙倍yeast, 發唔起,但真正焗時,最終發咗約大咗1/3, 面硬脆,裏面都軟,good taste 可入口
我懷疑d yeast 有問題, 我用Mauri instant yeast, 請問這隻得唔得? 有無其他好d架??
