Fenugreek Pure Seed

does anyone know the herb called "Fenugreek"? My sister-in-law who lives in Singapore told me that her doctor suggests she takes some fenugreek pure seed tablet and it can increase milk production. Anyone ever try this before? did it work?

Hi mummy-to-be,

If you research on the net it is common for mummies to take fenugreek capsules in hope to increase milk production. I tried fenugreek capsules, it did not have amplify effect on my milk production.
